手术室无痛导尿护理60例临床观察

Observation of nursing cooperation of 60 cases of painless urethral catheterization in operating room

目的:探讨手术室无痛导尿的护理配合。方法:选择于2014年11月~2015年4月在我院妇产科接受手术治疗,并采取手术无痛导尿的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采取手术室无痛导尿护理,对照组采取病房导尿,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的不适感及疼痛情况显著低于对照组,组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室无痛导尿护理可以降低导尿对机体的损伤,降低尿道感染几率,减轻患者痛苦,是一种安全舒适的操作技术,值得推广。

Objective: To study the nursing cooperation of painless urethral catheterization in operating room. Method: During November 2014 to April 2015, 60 cases of patients with painless urethral catheterization were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group, each group of 30 cases. The observation group were given nursing of painless urethral catheterization in operating room, the control group were given ward catheterization. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results: The discomfort and pain of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The nursing of painless urethral catheterization in operating room can reduce urinary injury to the body, reduce the risk of urinary tract infection, alleviate the suffering of patients, it is a safe and comfortable operation, and it is worthy to be popularized.
