高职院校纪检监察机关深化“三转”问题研究

新形势下,高职院校纪检监察机关深化"三转"工作是深入贯彻落实党章,履行监督责任,创新高职院校反腐败体制机制的必然要求。但在实践中,高职院校纪检监察机关仍存在思想认识不到位、职责定位不清晰、干部队伍薄弱等问题。因此,为适应党风廉政建设和反腐败工作需要,高职院校应从提高思想认识,明确纪检监察机关职责定位,创新监督执纪问责体制机制,加强干部队伍建设方面采取有力措施,全面深化"三转"工作。

Under new circumstance, it is essential for Discipline Inspection department in higher vocational colleges to deepen the work of 'three changes', which thoroughly implements the party constitution, fulfills the responsibility of supervision and innovates the system of anti-corruption mechanism. In practice, however, there are still such problems in existence as Ideological understanding below the designated position, unclear position statement, and the weak cadres and so on. Therefore, in order to meet the need of construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and anti-corruption, higher vocational colleges should take powerful action to Comprehensively deepen the work of 'three changes' from the following aspects, such as raising the ideological understanding, clearly identifying the position statement of Discipline Inspection department, Innovating system of supervision and enforcing accountability mechanisms and strengthening the construction of cadres.
