河北省农村家庭电能消费特征调查

Survey on electricity consumption of rural households in Hebei

本文通过河北省农村家庭用能行为抽样入户问卷调查后发现,目前河北省农村家庭年均电能消费主要集中在100kwh到2999kwh之间,超过七成的家庭年均用电量不足2000kwh;主要家电产品以电视机普及率最高,电脑则不及半数;农业生产电力供应水平高,农户对电费开支关注但对节电产品的满意程度一般。因此,在今后开展的新农村建设、农网升级、节电产品推广等活动中,应充分考虑并制定针对性的对策。

A survey was conducted on rural household energy consumption attitudes which included rural residents took on in Hebei province. It shows that the main amount of annual electricity consumption in rural families focuses on from 100 kwh to 2999 kwh per year, more than 70 percent rural families consume less than 2000 kwh per year. TV set is the main popular household appliance while personal computer is applied in less than a half of rural families. As a whole such characteristics should be taken into consideration of relevant policies in new rural construction, rural power grid transformation and saving-energy products promotion.
