合成毒品防治难点有社区康复中非户籍人员吸毒人员难以管控帮教;自愿戒毒人员锐减;审判实践中量刑平衡受到现有规定制约等因素,对策须加强法律适用的研究,降低合成毒品犯罪率,推动社会毒品防控体系建设。

The problems of synthesis drug prevention are: non family members of drug addicts is difficult to control in community rehabilitation; the number of people who abandon drug habits decreased; in the trial practice of sentencing balance regulated by other factors, to strengthen the research on legal countermeasures to reduce the crime rate, synthetic drugs, to promote the construction of social prevention and control system.
