浅谈中小企业绩效管理中存在的问题及对策

人力资源是中小企业生存的关键,绩效管理是优化中小企业人力资源管理的重要手段,但是由于中小企业在经营模式管理以及企业制度等方面的缺陷导致绩效管理工作还存在诸多问题。本文以绩效管理对中小企业的作用作为切入点,阐述中小企业绩效管理中所存在的问题,最后就这些问题提出具体的解决对策。
