摘要
人力资源是中小企业生存的关键,绩效管理是优化中小企业人力资源管理的重要手段,但是由于中小企业在经营模式管理以及企业制度等方面的缺陷导致绩效管理工作还存在诸多问题。本文以绩效管理对中小企业的作用作为切入点,阐述中小企业绩效管理中所存在的问题,最后就这些问题提出具体的解决对策。
Human resource is the key to the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises, performance management is an important means of optimization of small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management, but due to the small and medium-sized enterprises in the aspects of operation mode and management and enterprise system defects lead to performance management work also has many problems.In this paper, the role of performance management for small and medium-sized enterprises as the breakthrough point,this paper for small and medium-sized enterprises the existing problems in performance management.
