泸州市邻里关系淡漠问题治理的路径探析

Analysis on the path of solving the problem of the neighborhood relations indifference of Luzhou

目的:了解泸州市龙马潭区邻里关系现状,为完善泸州市社区的发展提供参考依据。方法:采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法;通过访谈法,对8位社区居民进行了深入访谈。通过问卷调查法,对新建小区的209位居民进行了走访调查。结果:调查显示,邻里关系日益冷漠,大家的交流仅存在于见面打个招呼,在与邻居进行交往活动时,居民还是愿意共同参加社区举行的活动。结论为了改进邻里关系,合理调整各社区布局;增强居民对社区的认同感、归属感;充分发挥居民委员会良好的协作和沟通作用。

Objective: Understanding of the status quo of neighborhood relations in Longmatan District of Luzhou City, in order to provide reference for the development of the community of Luzhou. Methods: Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods; Through interviews, the 8 community residents were interviewed. Through the questionnaire, the 209 residents of the new district was investigated. Results: Survey shows neighborhood increasingly indifferent, say hello to exchange of views that exist only to meet. Conclusion: In order to improve the neighborhood, adjusting the community layout; Give full play to their role as the residents committee good collaboration and communication.
