摘要
针对高职院校或其一个系甚至一个专业,从学生就业、学生素质和培养能力三大领域简单设计了高职专业办学成效指数体系。对高职专业办学成效指数进行跟踪,可以展现关键领域的绩效表现,有助于避免过分关注细枝末节而忽略重要绩效指标。将成效指标的数据依据不同的重要性方面和重要性水平进行分层排列,使管理者在必要时采取进一步措施,并掌握问题的具体情况。
For higher vocational colleges or a academy or even a major, from the student employment, the student quality and ability training the three major areas, the effect index system of higher vocational professional education is simply designed. For the tracking of the effect index system, the performances of key area could be shown, which helping to avoid paying too much attention to minutiae and neglecting important performance indicators. The data on the performance indicators are stratified arraying according to different importance and importance levels, so when necessary, managers could take further measures and to grasp the specific circumstances of problems.
