餐厅服务技能大赛将理论知识和实践能力相结合,全面考察选手的专业素养。选手应具备扎实的理论基础、高超的专业技能、得体的服务礼仪、优雅的职业形象和良好的心理素质。本文以江苏省职业院校技能大赛餐厅服务中职组比赛为例,探讨了餐厅服务技能大赛备赛的方法和经验。
The restaurant service skills competition will combine the theoretical knowledge and practical ability, and comprehensively investigate the professional quality of the players. Players should have a solid theoretical foundation, excellent professional skills, decent service etiquette, elegant professional image and good psychological quality.
