论高校加强离校未就业毕业生职业指导的探析

Analysis of occupation guidance on strengthening the employment of unemployed graduates

目前,高校对离校未就业毕业生加强了就业创业援助,但因主客观原因,效果并不理想,可通过思想政治教育、教育教学改革、提供丰富的就业创业服务渠道、加强与政府就业服务部门的对接、提高精细化帮扶程度等措施来帮助离校未就业学生早日就业或创业。

The colleges and universities strengthen the employment entrepreneurial assistance to help the university of unemployed graduates, however for the subjective and objective reasons, the effect is not ideal. The colleges and universities can help unemployed students employment or business at an early date through the ideological and political education, education teaching reform, providing various employment services and channels, strengthening the docking with government employment services and increasing the legal aid to assist the unemployed graduates.
