摘要
本文主要从"非暴力沟通"的应用入手,通过相关调查研究,得出非暴力沟通缓解职业学校师生沟通障碍的结论和策略。
Non violent communication was proposed by American psychologist Luxemburg Marshall.It is a useful communication way to promote people to listen to each other, understand each other and achieve mutual assistance at last. There are four key points to 'non violent communication' : observation, feelings, needs and request. According to the application, investigation and analysis,the author applied these points to the communication on vocational education teaching, and found that 'non violent communication' can improve the teaching evaluation of students to the teacher significantly, and it also can alleviate the contradictions between teachers and students in communication. Meanwhile it proved that the interpersonal relationship condition has a certain effect on 'non violent communication'.
