摘要
大学生评奖评优工作是高校学生管理重要工作,但在执行过程却存在一些困难,需要学管人员以强烈的责任心,并严格按照程序进行,掌握方法和技巧,找到相应的对策;采取数据量化管理,以实现评优评奖公平公正,做好学生管理工作,进而实现育人之目的。
The university student awards work is an important work of the management of college students, but there are some difficulties in the implementation process, need managers deal with a strong sense of responsibility, and in strict accordance with the procedures, master methods and techniques, to find the corresponding countermeasures; adopt quantitative data management, in order to achieve the fair awards, do a good job in students management work, so as to realize the goal of education.
