摘要
英汉语标点都附属于书面语言,所起作用大致相同。本文对英汉语标点符号的产生发展、构成、书写格式、用法进行了对比分析。同时也探讨了标点符号在英汉互译中的用法。
English and Chinese punctuations are both attached to their own written language, and have similar functions. This article makes a comparison of history, system, writing forms and uses of punctuations between English and Chinese. It explores the uses of punctuation in EnglishChinese and Chinese-English translation as well.
