社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养体系的现状与问题研究

转型发展是教育事业发展的大环境和大趋势,在这种教育转型的大背景下,高等学校社会体育指导与管理专业办学只能顺应这一趋势,以应用型人才的培养作为自己教育改革和管理的主攻方向。本文对地方高等院校社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养与就业等方面的现状进行了调查研究。结果表明:社会体育指导与管理专业的人才的培养,存在着明显的供应与需求之间的矛盾;学校在对社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养时,没有明确的目标,缺乏办学特色,专业课程设置等方面也存在着诸多不足;教学中专业课实践内容所占的比重较小等问题背离与于社体专业人才的培养要求。
