人口老龄化背景下农村养老模式研究

Research on rural old age pension model under the background of population aging

当今社会发展步伐不断加快,人们的生产和生活方式都发生了极大地改变,而在经济社会不断发展的同时,人口老龄化的进程不断加快,养老问题已成了不可忽视的重要问题。而农村养老问题更为严峻,传统的家庭养老模式已然不能满足于社会日益发展下的农村养老需求,而在这一人口老龄化背景下,农村养老该何去何从,怎样才能保障农村老人的权益和需求。本文就当今农村养老模式的现状和问题,提出了几点对于人口老龄化背景下农村养老模式方面的建议和思考。

With the rapid progress of today's social development, people's production and life style are greatly changed, at the same time, the population aging process is increasing, the pension problem has become the important problem which cannot be ignored. The rural pension problems are more serious, the traditional family pension mode already cannot satisfy in the rural old-age demand conditions of the social development, and under the background of the aging population, how to safeguard the rights and interests of the rural elderly needs. In this paper, the present situation and problems of the rural pension mode is analyzed, and puts forward some suggestions and thinking for the aging population problems under the background of rural old-age model.
