科技金融创新的制度取向与实践研究

Research on system orientation and practice of science and technology financial innovation

随着我国经济的发展,科技金融呈现出良好的发展态势,加快科技金融发展是创新型国家建设的有效途径,是推动国民经济增长和产业结构升级的重要举措。我国科学技术的发展,支撑着金融企业的结构转型,有利于金融企业加强自主创新。目前,我国科技金融取得了前所未有的发展,但在科技金融创新发展过程中还存在一些问题。因此,必须做好科技金融创新的制度建设和实践研究,促进我国科技金融企业的长足发展。本文对制约我国科技金融制度建设的因素进行了分析,指出了科技金融创新的制度取向,针对创新科技金融企业发展模式,提升科技金融企业核心竞争力提出了几点建议。

With the development of China's economy, science and technology finance showing a good momentum of development, accelerating the financial development of science and technology is an effective way to build an innovative country, is an important measure to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and economic growth. The development of science and technology in China, supporting the structural transformation of financial enterprises, is conducive to strengthening the independent innovation of financial enterprises. At present, China's science and technology finance has made an unprecedented development, but in the development process of scientific and technological innovation, there are still some problems. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in scientific and technological financial innovation system construction and practical research, to promote the rapid development of China's science and technology financial enterprises. This paper analyzes the factors restricting system of science and technology of China's financial system construction, points out the orientation of science and technology of financial innovation, and puts forward some suggestions to enhance the core competitiveness of science and technology of financial enterprises.
