伴随建筑企业的运行及发展,建筑工程与社会经济的运存在着必然联系,其中土建施工是保证建筑工程质量及稳定性的重要因素,因此,在建筑企业运行中,怎样强化土建工程中的现场管理逐渐成为建筑企业运行的核心内容。文章在研究中,对建筑工程土建施工现场问题进行了分析,并对施工安全人才的培训进行了探究,旨在通过人才的培养,为土建施工现场的优化管理提供充分性的保证。

With the development and operation of construction enterprises, construction and social economy is inevitably related to civil construction, which is an important factor to ensure the quality and stability of building engineering, therefore, in the operationof construction enterprise, how to strengthen the management of civil engineeringhas gradually become the core content. In this study, analyzes the civil construction problem of construction project, and studies the construction safety talents training, through the cultivation of talents, to provide sufficient guarantee for the optimal management of civil construction site.
