建筑工程管理的现状分析及控制措施

由于我国现代化进程的不断推进,国内的建筑业也随之得到了长足的发展,这就对国内建筑工程的管理提出了更高的要求。在我国建筑业蓬勃发展的大背景下,对相应建筑工程进行管理的模式也必须加以及时的更新,同时充分结合目前管理环节中所出现的各种问题加以改进,确保建筑工程的顺利完成。本论文主要对国内建筑工程管理的实际情况进行了简要分析,进而引入提高管理能力的具体措施,以供业界同行参考。

Due to advancing China's modernization process, the domestic construction industry also will be a great development, which the domestic construction project management put forward higher requirements. Against the backdrop of China's construction industry booming, the corresponding construction work management model must also be timely updated and fully integrated part of the current administration in the various problems to be improved to ensure the successful completion of the construction work. In this thesis, the actual situation of the domestic construction management is briefly analyzed, and the introduction of specific measures to improve the management capacity for the industry peer reference.
