高职校学生职业生涯规划教育现状及成因分析

Analysis of the current situation and causes of vocational college students' career planning education

本文通过对高职学生职业生涯规划的教育的现状进行了实地调查,将数据进行汇总、分析、在此基础上分析了当前高职学生职业生涯规划教育的现状,并从完善高职学生的职业启蒙教育、课程体系建设、专业化的师资队伍、本土化职业生涯规划课程教材的运用和教学方法五方面提出对策,对于高职校职业生涯规划课程研究具有理论和现实意义。

In this paper, the current situation of vocational college students' career planning education is investigated, the data were collected, analyzed and analyzed on the basis of analyzing the current situation of vocational college students' career planning education, and puts forward countermeasures from five aspects: the improvement of vocational students' vocational education, curriculum system construction, professional teaching staff, localization of career planning courses and teaching methods, the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the curriculum of vocational school's career planning.
