跨境电商背景下的高职商务英语专业人才培养模式重构研究

An Research Into the Reconstructing of the Personnel Nurturing Modes of English Majors in Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Cross-Boarder E-Commerce

跨境电子商务异军突起,已成为我国对外贸易的支柱之一。调查发现重庆地区的跨境电子商务发展势头迅猛,对相关人才的需求量较大。我们认为,为区域经济发展提供人才的高职商务英语专业在面对新的经济形势时应努力突破人才培养目标不清晰,校企合作不深入等自身存在的问题和困难,通过明确定位人才培养目标、细化人才规格、实训教学系统化和机制化等方式,重新构建与跨境电商行业需求对接的人才培养模式,实现专业和企业的长足发展。

The cross-border e-commerce is developing rapidly and it is at present one of the main business forms in China's foreign trade. Through the investigation, it is found that the cross-border e-commerce is also growing fast in Chongqing area, and this industry is in need of employees relative to this field. Therefore, the English majors of higher vocational schools should reconstruct their personnel training modes in order to provide qualified human resources for the development of regional economy through clarifying its objection of personnel nurturing, specifying the standards of the graduates and systemizing the process of practical teaching.
