摘要
随着汽车行业对从业人员的要求越来越高,职业教育在培养质量上已满足不了现代企业的高要求。试行新时期"师徒制"人才培养模式,资源整合、优势互补,开辟职业教育的新途径。本文从汽车行业人才培养模式的现状,新时期"师徒制"的教学模式的意义,人才培养模式的具体实施方案和应用价值几个方面进行了阐述。
With the increasing demand for employees in the automotive industry, vocational education has been unable to meet the high requirements of modern enterprises in the quality of training. For the new era of 'mentoring' training mode, the integration of resources and complementary advantages, open up a new way of occupation education.
