随着经济社会的高速发展,大部分的产业对劳动者的要求从单纯的岗位技能要求转向综合职业素养要求。因此,中职语文要充分发挥工具性和人文性的作用,针对学生职业素养现状,积极引导学生接受优秀文化的熏陶,树立崇高的职业品行,拥有良好的职业道德,使学生真正成为符合企业需求的高素质技能型人才。

With the rapid development of economy and society, most of the industries' requirements for workers from the simple job skills to the comprehensive professional quality. Therefore, vocational schools should give full play to the role of the instrumental and humanistic literacy, for occupation students, actively guide students to accept the excellent culture, lofty occupation morality, good occupation morality, to enable students to truly become high quality talents to meet the needs of enterprise.
