应用型人才是独立学院法学专业人才培养的目标。实践性教学是法学教育环节中的一个薄弱环节,这也是我国法学理论界和实务界一直不断探索并期待解决的问题。案例教学是法学专业实践性教学中始终处于关键地位。通过比较分析,我国法学教学教学中案例教学存在的问题有对案例教学作用的认识不到位、对案例教学的课程设置不合理和对案例教学的角色定位不明确三个方面。故探索和创新案例教学方式方法,对我国法学专业教学改革和应用型人才培养目标的实现具有重要的作用。

Applied talents are the target of cultivating talents of law major in independent colleges. Practical teaching is a weak link in the education of law, which is a problem that our legal theory and practice circles have been exploring and looking forward to. Case teaching is a key position in practical teaching of law major. Through the comparative analysis, the existing problems in our case law teaching are: understanding of the role of case teaching is not in place, the role of case teaching curriculum is not reasonable and the case teaching is not clear. Therefore, the exploration and innovation of case teaching methods play an important role in the reform of law major and the realization of practical talents.
