浅谈新时期高职院校共青团工作研究的困境与破解途径

高职院校是为社会培养高素质、技能型应用人才的摇篮,因此,共青团工作在高职院校教育中占有重要的位置,是高职院校教育的重要组成部分之一。在社会转型发展背景下,多元思想文化不断产生碰撞,并对学生思想产生了深刻的影响。由于高职生身心尚未成熟,对于不良思想文化缺少有效的甄别能力,因此,为了提高学生的思想道德修养,高职院校必须要加强共青团工作,紧跟党的步伐,同时,通过丰富多彩的团内活动,使团员青年能真正传承发展共青团精神,真正成长为党的忠诚助手和坚强后备军。本文主要针对新形势下高职院校共青团工作研究的困境进行了分析,并探讨了破解困境的相关途径,以供参考。

Higher vocational colleges is the base to cultivate high-quality and skilled talent, therefore, the work of the Communist Youth League occupies an important position in higher vocational education, is an important part of higher vocational education. In the context of social transformation, multiple ideological and cultural collision has a profound impact on students' thinking. Because higher vocational students physical and mental is immaturity, lack of effective screening capabilities for the poor ideological and cultural, therefore, in order to improve the students' ideological and moral cultivation, higher vocational colleges must strengthen the work of the Communist Youth League, closely follow the pace of the party, at the same time, carry out the rich and colorful group activities, so that the youth can really inherit the Communist Youth League spirit, become a strong force of the party. This paper analyzes the dilemma of the work of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges under the new situation, and probes into the relevant ways to solve the dilemma.
