随着大学的扩招,高职院校的党建工作面临着越来越多的问题和挑战。高职院校质量管理体系的建立,可以对党建工作进行系统化、标准化。本文通过PDCA质量环模式,阐述高职院校党建质量管理体系的建立和改进。

With the expansion of the University, the party building work in higher vocational colleges is facing more and more problems and challenges. The establishment of quality management system in higher vocational colleges can be systematic and standardized. This paper describes the establishment and improvement of the quality management system of Party building in higher vocational colleges through the PDCA quality ring model.
