摘要
本文由文职教员在任职教育教学过程中遇到的现实问题而来。文章解析了任职教育院校对两类文职教员教学能力的需求,并梳理和分析了文职教员教学能力的现状,重点阐述了文职教员教学能力的不足之处。最后针对文职教员的教学能力需求,提出从教育教学能力、学科专业素质、实践操作能力、部队经验几个方面来培养和提高文职教员的教学能力。
This paper discusses the practical problems encountered by civilian teachers in the teaching and learning process, the requirements of the two types of civilian teachers' teaching ability, the present situation of civilian teachers' teaching ability, and focuses on the deficiencies of civilian teachers' teaching ability. Finally, aiming at the teaching ability demand of civilian teachers, the author puts forward some methods to improve teaching ability of civilian teachers from the aspects of teaching ability, discipline professional quality, practical operation ability and army experience.
