The tourism industry of talents in our country has the following characteristics, small demand, seasonal demand, compound talents demand and the high concentration of talent demand. To accelerate the process of internationalization of China's tourism industry spatial layout, enhance the level of China's tourism industry and the overall service quality, we must strengthen the talent development supervision, actively adjust the structure of training talents and strive to expand distribution channels.
