摘要
初二的学生正处于青春期,生理和心理都发生急剧的变化。初二又是学习成绩的分水岭,为我们管理班级增大难度。本文从5个方面对初二班级的管理进行探讨,旨在引导学生健康快乐成长。
The students in junior two are in adolescence, physiological and psychological changes occur rapidly. Second grade is a watershed for learning results, which increases difficulty for us to manage class. This article from 5 aspects to discuss class management, aims at guiding students healthy and happy growth.
