摘要
人力资源外包是提高企业核心竞争力的法宝,也是提高实习质量的有效途径。应用技术型大学以培养学生的动力、实践能力为目标,应用技术教育和企业间的联系决定了应用技术型大学实习和企业人力资源外包结合的可行性,而应用技术型大学采取怎样的毕业实习模式是值得深入思考的课题。
Human resource outsourcing is the magic weapon to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also an effective way to improve the quality of practice. For the application of technology-based universities to cultivate students' practical ability, motivation, application of technical education and the relationship between enterprises determines the feasibility of the combination of technology and practice of university human resource outsourcing, how the applied technology university take the graduation practice mode is worth thinking deeply.
