Ways of cultivating college students' oral English ability in workplace

近些年来,随着经济贸易全球化的发展,职场交易环境也日益的多元化,随之对职场英语口语能力的要求也越来越高。鉴于此,在高等院校英语教学改革中,教师也更加关注大学生的职场英语口语能力的培养。本文从职场英语口语能力的三大构成要素着手,试图寻求提高大学生职场英语口语能力的有效途径。

In recent years, with the development of economic and trade globalization, workplace transaction environment is increasingly diversified, followed by workplace oral English requirements are also increasing. In view of this, in the reform of college English teaching, teachers pay more attention to the cultivation of college students' oral English ability in workplace. This paper tries to find an effective way to improve college students' oral English ability from three elements.
