摘要
本文以全面把握教师专业发展的特征及重要性作为切入点,着重分析影响教师专业发展的内在因素和外部条件,探讨基于教育教学实践促进教师专业发展的基本策略,旨在进一步提高中小学教师的专业化水平。
Taking the characteristics and the importance of the professional development of teachers as a starting point, this paper is devoted to analyze the internal factors and external conditions of the teachers' professional development and to explore the basic strategies based on teaching practice to promote teachers' professional development, further improving the primary and secondary school teachers' professional level.
