教学秘书这一职位在教学管理体系中一直不被人们所认知,有些人甚至认为教学秘书仅仅是帮助学校打打电话,整理一下文件等等,就相当于文员助理所负责的工作,被人一味的轻视,甚至被教师们看不起。认为只有当不了教师的低学历人员才会从事教学秘书的职位,甚至被视为学校教学体系之外的人员。
