摘要 "高中数学分层教学"不是传统的教学模式,让每一个学生都能发挥自己的潜能,体现了阳光教育的理念,让教育资源的公平得以实现。只有在教学中认真思考相应措施,才不会发生让生好生"吃不饱",中等生"吃不好",学困生"吃不了"的现象。我们要合理的利用分层教学的方法对学生进行因材施教、启发诱导,遵循学生客观学习规律,通过分层教学使不同层次的学生都能树立信心,看到自己的希望。有原来的要我学,变成现在的我要学,养成一个良好的自主学习发展的能力,从而实现让好学生"吃得饱"、中间生"吃得好"、成绩相对差的"吃得了"的教学要求,这样让每一名同学都动起来,从而在班级中形成你追我赶得局面,大面积提高班级的教学水平。 'Layered teaching' is not the traditional teaching mode, so that each student can play to their potential, reflects the concept of sun education, so that the fairness of educational resources can be achieved. Only in the teaching seriously think about the corresponding measures, it will not happen to students born 'enough', medium students 'eat well', learning difficulties students 'can not eat' phenomenon.
