"高中数学分层教学"不是传统的教学模式,让每一个学生都能发挥自己的潜能,体现了阳光教育的理念,让教育资源的公平得以实现。只有在教学中认真思考相应措施,才不会发生让生好生"吃不饱",中等生"吃不好",学困生"吃不了"的现象。我们要合理的利用分层教学的方法对学生进行因材施教、启发诱导,遵循学生客观学习规律,通过分层教学使不同层次的学生都能树立信心,看到自己的希望。有原来的要我学,变成现在的我要学,养成一个良好的自主学习发展的能力,从而实现让好学生"吃得饱"、中间生"吃得好"、成绩相对差的"吃得了"的教学要求,这样让每一名同学都动起来,从而在班级中形成你追我赶得局面,大面积提高班级的教学水平。
