摘要
本文以核心通识课"跨文化沟通"1为载体,通过与留学生项目合作"伙伴计划",让学生不出国门,在本土语境里感受文化冲突和融合,并选取Michael Byram的跨文化能力的四维框架分析学生反思小结,动态评价学生跨文化交际能力的发展。研究证明学生在四个维度上都有收获,"伙伴计划"可以成为大学英语课堂的有效补充和拓展。
Based on the core of general education course 'Intercultural Communication' as the carrier, through the cooperation with students abroad project 'Partnership Program', students needn't go out of the country to feel the cultural conflicts and fusion in the local context, select the intercultural competence four-dimensional framework of Michael Byram to analyze students' reflection summary, dynamic evaluate the development of students' intercultural communicative competence. The research proves that students gain in four dimensions, and 'partner program' can be an effective supplement and expansion of college English class.
