A Tentative Study of Autosegmental-Metrical Theory

本文介绍自主音段—节律理论及其优缺点,并总结一些学者对该理论的改进意见。同时,本文指出,目前的自主音段—节律理论中还存在一些问题,有待于该理论的进一步改进。

In this thesis, the AM approach as well as the advantages and disadvantages of it is presented. Some proposals by certain scholars are also summarized. However, there are still problems of the present AM approach, so further modifications are expected.
