摘要
随着我们国家的经济体制的不断完善和社会的不断发展,目前的经济市场已经逐渐趋于复杂化,同时经济市场的竞争力逐渐的加大这就导致了人才市场也将面临高强度的竞争。在高校教育市场化竞争激烈的背景下,高校人力资源管理与开发需要与当下人才市场发展战略相互结合,实现战略性的高校人事管理。藉此,本文对高校人事管理应转入战略性管理新阶段进行了深入的研究。
With the continuous development of our national economy and improvement of society, the current economic market has gradually become more complicated, while the economic competitiveness of the market gradually increased, which led to the talent market face high intensity competition. Under the background of fierce competition in the market of education in colleges and universities, the human resource management of colleges and universities should combine with the development strategy of the talent market and realize the strategic management of university personnel. Therefore, this paper studies the problems of personnel management in colleges and universities transfer into a new stage of strategic management.
