民族区域自治制度与民族地区全面建成小康社会研究——以新疆维吾尔自治区为例

The system of regional national autonomy and the study of building a well off society in all ethnic regions——Taking the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example

本文立足于新疆维吾尔自治区的特殊区情,以坚持和完善民族区域自治制度为着眼点,来研究民族区域自治制度与小康社会的关系,从而不断建立健全民族区域自治制度。本文首先回顾了民族区域自治制度产生的背景及过程,以及由此产生的重大意义。其次,重点论述了实行民族区域自治制度与新疆地区全面建成小康社会的关系。最后,结合新疆现状,提出对实行民族区域自治制度的思考。

This paper is based on the special situation in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, to uphold and improve the system of regional ethnic autonomy as the starting point, to study the relationship between the system of regional ethnic autonomy and well-off society, and constantly establish and improve the system of regional ethnic autonomy. This paper first reviews the background and process of the system of regional ethnic autonomy, and the significance. Secondly, the relationship between the system of regional national autonomy and the building of a well off society in Xinjiang. Finally, combined with the present situation of Xinjiang, the author puts forward some thoughts on the system of regional national autonomy.
