摘要
在大数据时代发展背景下,基于用户服务价值视角,分析图书馆数据资源的应用价值,以及服务质量保证问题,能够为我国现代图书馆的未来发展提供支持指导条件。本文围绕基于用户服务价值的图书馆大数据价值分析与服务质量保证问题,选取三个具体方面展开了简要分析。
In the background of the era of big data development, user service value based on the perspective of value analysis of library data resources, and to ensure the quality of service, to provide support and guidance for future development of Modern Library in China. This paper focuses on the problems of guarantee customer service value of the library value of big data analysis and quality of service based on the expansion a brief analysis from three aspects.
