高职院校金融类专业学生工匠精神培育现状及对策研究

Research on the current situation and countermeasures of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the professional students in higher vocational colleges

"工匠精神"不仅是一个国家雄厚技术实力的象征,更是一个国家生生不息的源泉。现今工匠精神的重新重视不仅给金融行业带来很大的冲击,也对我国高校的工匠精神培养带来了震动。本次调查了佛山市五家金融机构,了解他们对工匠精神的认知与需求、固守与创新,以此为前提,对佛山四所高校进行调查,重在推动高职院校积极进行教学改革,培养适合企业需要的"准工匠",这样一方面服务了企业发展,另一方面推动高职院校的自我发展。

'Craftsman spirit' is the symbol of a country's technological ability. Pay attention to the spirit brings great impact to the financial industry, and also affects the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in our country's colleges and universities. The paper surveys five financial institutions of Foshan City, to understand their cognition and demand, adherence and innovation to craftsman spirit, on this basis, conducted a survey of four universities in Foshan, focusing on promoting higher vocational colleges to carry out teaching reform, training talents, on the one hand the serves enterprise's development, on the other hand promotes the self development of the higher vocational colleges.
