小说《只争朝夕》一书描写了主人公威尔赫姆大半生的经历,也是他的精神蜕变历程。本文运用尼采的精神观精神三变理论,解读威尔赫姆的精神如何由骆驼阶段转换到狮子阶段,再由狮子阶段转换到婴儿阶段的精神蜕变,冲破精神束缚,最后达到精神自由的目的,在精神困境中得到精神蜕变。

Seize the day describes the hero Wilhelm's most of the lifetime, which is his spiritual transformation process. On the basis Nietzsche's trio-transformations in spirit, this paper interprets how Wilhelm's spirit transformed from camel to the lion, and then from the lion transforms to the child. During this process, Wilhelm shook off the spiritual yoke and finally reached the spiritual freedom, realising spiritual transformation in spiritual dilemma.
