思想政治教育是大学生成长为合格社会主义接班人的根本保障,但受全球化和全面社会改革的影响,我国高校思想政治教育工作面临严峻挑战。辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的核心队伍,是大学生的人生导师。只有辅导员加强自身素养,创新工作方法,充分利用新时代网络优势,才能发挥在大学生思想政治教育工作中的主导作用,切实提高大学生的思想素质、政治觉悟、道德品质和文化素养。

The political and ideological education is the basic safeguard for college students to grow into the qualified successors of socialism. However, with the influence of globalization and comprehensive social reform, the political and ideological education in colleges of our country is facing with severe challenge. Counselors are not only college students' life instructors, but also the core troop in college students' political and ideological education. So, in order to play the counselors' leading role in the political and ideological education of college students and practically improve students' ideological quality, political consciousness, moral quality and cultural accomplishment, the counselors have to strengthen their own literacy, innovate method of work and make full use of the network superiority of the new times.
