教师养成教育与职业道德建设路径研究

摘要 教育公平属于促进社会公平的重要保证,而教师又在促进教育公平过程中承担着非常重要的作用,属于提升教育质量、推进教育改革成功的最关键要素。职业道德教育和养成教育在提升教师的综合素质、推进教育事业的发展和教师的人生价值实现过程中都有着积极的作用。从现阶段的情况开看,我国教师的职业道德教育和养成教育与教育整体的发展未能达到协调,其中存在着一定的不足,鉴于此,本文通过对教师养成教育和职业道德建设的内涵作用、现状的分析,并提出了一定的合理化建议。 Educational equity belongs to an important guarantee to promote social justice, and teachers in promoting education fairness in the process plays a very important role, to improve the quality of education, promote the key factor to the success of education reform. Professional moral education and cultivation of education in the promotion of teachers' comprehensive quality, promote the development of education and teachers' life value realization process has a positive role. Look from the current situation, China's teachers' occupation moral education and develop education and education to coordinate the development to the overall, there are some deficiencies, in view of this, this article through the analysis of connotation, develop education and occupation moral construction of teachers, and put forward reasonable suggestion.
