教师养成教育与职业道德建设路径研究

教育公平属于促进社会公平的重要保证,而教师又在促进教育公平过程中承担着非常重要的作用,属于提升教育质量、推进教育改革成功的最关键要素。职业道德教育和养成教育在提升教师的综合素质、推进教育事业的发展和教师的人生价值实现过程中都有着积极的作用。从现阶段的情况开看,我国教师的职业道德教育和养成教育与教育整体的发展未能达到协调,其中存在着一定的不足,鉴于此,本文通过对教师养成教育和职业道德建设的内涵作用、现状的分析,并提出了一定的合理化建议。
