当前我国中小学教师职业道德失范问题研究

在社会主义市场经济环境下,我国个别中小学教师出现了有偿家教、有失公正、团队意识淡薄等方面的职业道德失范问题。究其原因,既有社会和教师自身的原因,也有教育主管部门的原因。为了改善教师队伍,可以通过建立中小学教师职业道德违规信息系统、提高中小学教师的待遇和教师自身加强职业道德修养等途径来纠正此类失范问题。

We can find the society and the teacher's own reason, also has the education department's reason. In order to improve the teachers' ethics, we can use the establishment of teacher occupation ethics violations information system, improve the teachers' treatment and strengthen their own occupation morality to correct.
