摘要
以高职学生职业核心能力培养为中心,通过采用渗透式教学,在教学中建立教师主导和学生主体关系、在教学中处理好理论与实践的教学统筹,构建多元化的动态管理与量化考核制度,构建高职院校思政课教学渗透职业核心能力培养新模式。
Centering around the students in higher vocational colleges, through the infiltration teaching, establishing the relationship between teacher leading and student subject, correctly handle the teaching of theory and practice, constructing the dynamic management and quantitative evaluation system, constructing new mode of cultivation of core competence of ideological and political education occupation education in higher vocational colleges.
