Research on the integration development of branch construction and business work under the new normal condition

在党的建设新常态下,支部建设与业务工作融合式发展有不言而喻的重要性,融合好了会互相促进,融合不好互相影响。本文从思想重视等四个方面来探讨影响融合式发展的成因,并提出促进融合式发展的措施,期待达到支部建设和业务工作的共同提高、共同进步的效果。

In the Party construction under the new normal, the importance of the integration of branch construction and business development is self-evident, good integration will promote each other, while the bad influence each other. This paper discusses the factors influencing the integration development from four aspects, and puts forward the reasons of the integration of development measures, improve together, to promote the construction of the branch and work improve and make progress together.
