摘要
团学主要干部在高校学生管理和自我教育自我服务中占有重要的地位,当下民办高校团学主要干部在管理团学组织的过程中依然存在不足,我们要围绕着不足,重视培养团学主要学生干部的几种能力。
The mission of leading cadres play an important role in the management of college students' self education and self service, in the process of private college group mainly cadres learning organizations, there are still some shortcomings, we should pay attention to several problems around, ability training of group mainly student cadres.
