新网络环境中提升高校辅导员媒介素养的策略浅析 被引量:3

摘要 高等学校辅导员作为大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,是接触媒介较多的一个群体,但与迅猛发展的媒介群体比较起来,他们的媒介素养却显得十分"寒酸"。[1]现代媒介的传播内容往往不受控制,有好有坏,良莠不齐,这就需要高校辅导员提升媒介素质,对新媒介环境有一个充分的认识和思考,给予广大青年大学生必要的适时地教育引导。因此,高等学校要不断完善媒介基础设施,深化辅导员对媒介内涵的高度重视;制定辅导员媒介素养的培训和考核激励机制以及创造良好的校园媒介环境。基于以上三点分析,本文阐述了关于在新网络环境中提升高校辅导员媒介素质的策略。 High school counselors as the executors, guiders and organizers of college ideological and political education and daily management work, contact with media frequently, but with the rapid development of the media group comparison, their media literacy has become very 'poor'. [1] The content of modern media is often not controlled, there are good and bad, which requires college counselors to improve work quality, fully understand the new media environment, educate and guide college students. Therefore, colleges and universities should constantly improve the media infrastructure, make counselors attaché great importance to the connotation of media; train their media literacy and develop counselor incentive mechanism and create a good campus environment. Based on the analysis of the above three points, this paper expounds the strategies to improve the media quality of college counselors in the new network environment.
