摘要
近期多数探讨合作和共同教学问题的学术成果强调在促进二语教师和教授专业知识教师协同工作这一校园文化中,学校管理者起着关键作用。更进一步说,必须设法解决教授专业知识教师与二语教师之间的重要地位差异,由此才能建立卓有成效的合作关系。如果二语教师被视为仅对发展英语学习者的语言技能负责的流动工人的话,这种合作关系是无法建立的。这篇文章主要探究应采用怎样的措施才能使英语教师得到更好的发展。
Recently, the majority teaching academic achievements on the cooperation and common problems stressed that in the promotion of the campus culture that promote second language teachers and professors of professional knowledge work together, school management plays a key role. Furthermore, it is necessary to solve the problem of the status difference between the two, only in this way can we establish a productive relationship. If the second language teacher is regarded as a migrant worker who is responsible for the development of the language skills of English learners, this kind of cooperative relationship cannot be established. This article mainly explores what measures should be adopted in order to make English teachers get better development.
