摘要
近年来,大学师资管理模式受到越来越多专家及教师的重视,将其进行创新已经成为必然趋势。高校大学教师管理制度的完善、教学体系的科学建立及大学现代化的实现均离不开师资管理模式的创新。就此,本文主要针对其与大学教学、科研之间的关系进行详细阐述分析。
In recent years, university faculty management mode caused more and more attention by the experts and teachers, its innovation has become an inevitable trend. The improvement of the management system of university teachers, the scientific establishment of the teaching system and the realization of the modernization of the university can not be separated from the innovation of the university faculty management mode. In this paper, this paper focuses on its relationship with teaching and scientific research.
