从接受美学视角浅析《中华医药》字幕翻译

An Analysis of Subtitle Translation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Reception Aesthetics

CCTV4《中华医药》自1998年开播以来,深受国内外观众的青睐。作为国内唯一一档向海内外传播中医药文化的大型电视健康栏目,其字幕内容是海外读者吸取信息的主要途径。现以接受美学为视角,英文字幕为对象,对部分字幕翻译进行分析并提出改进建议。

Traditional Chinese Medicine, known as the only domestic TV program aimed to introduce traditional Chinese medicine to overseas viewers, has gain popularity at home and abroad since its broadcasting. As its subtitles are the main information source for overseas viewers, this paper, based on Reception Aesthetics, takes its English subtitles as research subject to analyze its subtitle translation and proposes some suggestions for improvement.
