翻译特性视域下汉语文化负载词英汉探析

An analysis of Chinese cultural loaded words in English and Chinese from the perspective of translation characteristics

翻译是一项很古老的活动。近年来中西方交往密切,双方文化差异巨大,所以要将负载着中华文化的词语翻译成译文,则需要不停地学习和讨论。本文以翻译特性为视角,以其的社会性、文化性、符号转换性、创造性和历史性为基础,来分析不同类型汉语文化负载词的英译,且根据意义再生之三原则——去字梏,重组句和建空间来探讨具体语境下汉语文化负载词英译问题。

Translation is an old activity. In recent years, China and the West have been in close contact with each other, and the cultural differences between the two countries are enormous. Therefore, it is necessary to study and discuss the translation of Chinese culture loaded words into Chinese. In this paper, from the perspective of translation characteristics, the sociality, cultural, symbol transformation, creativity and historic as basis to the analyze different types of English translation of Chinese culture loaded words, and according to the three principles of significance regeneration, probes into the translation of Chinese culture loaded words in specific context.
